Canvas

Hi everyone!

Dank jullie wel voor jullie lieve reacties op mijn kadoosje. Het heeft ondertussen al een nieuwe thuis gevonden :)
Thank you guys for your lovely reactions on my giftbox. In the meantime it already moved to another loving home :)

De uitdaging bij de she's so cute april challenge van That's Just So Cute willen ze letters zien. Wel ik ben eens een heel andere weg ingeslagen. Dat wilde ik al lang doen. Het is helemaal niet geworden wat ik voor ogen had maar bon, voor een eerste keer kan je ook niet meteen alles willen.
The theme for the she's so cute april challenge at That's Just So Cute is letters. And I have to say I've gone in to a complete different direction. I wanted to do that for a long time. It hasen't turned out the way I wanted but, you can't have it all from the beginning.

Ik heb een canvas genomen en helemaal geel geschilderd. Toen ik de opdracht letters las wist ik meteen wat ik wilde.
I took a canvas and painted it yellow. When I read the challenge I knew what I wanted.

De witte stipjes zijn gemaakt met wat bubbelfolie. De stempel is eentje van MFT nog wat washi en zwarte sterretjes. Oja en nog wat zwarte spatten!
The white dots are made with some bubble wrap. The stamp is from MFT then some washi and black stars. O an some black splashes!

Ik kruip weer gauw terug achter m'n "vertrouwde" spulletjes!
I'm off again back to my "familiar" things!

Kadoosje Shabby Chic

Vandaag heb ik weer een kadoosje voor jullie. Vind ze echt superleuk om te maken!
Today I have another giftbox for you guys. I love making them!

Een tijdje geleden zag ik de mooie Shabby Chic vellen van Studio Light liggen. Tjah, die moest ik natuurlijk in mijn bezit hebben! Ik heb ze echt al zoveel bekeken, maar om er mijn schaar in te zetten... Het is me dan toch gelukt. Zondag ging ik aan de slag en gisteren nog verder afgewerkt. Genieten jullie met me mee van het resultaat?
A while ago I saw those beautiful Shabby Chic papers from Studio Light. Well, I had to have them of course! I've watched them so many times, but to get my scissors in to them... Finally I did manage it. Sunday I want ahead and I finished it yesterday. Do you guys wanne join me, enjoying the result?

Ik heb het doosje beplakt met het bijhorende papier van Studio Light en alle randjes zijn distressed met Frayed Burlap

Zoals ik al reeds vertelde is het plaatje ook van Studio Light. Daaronder zit een stukje afval ribbelkarton en daaronder nog eens wat kaasdoek van LLC. In de hoekjes nog een Vintage Flourish van Joy! Crafts.
As I mentioned before the image is also from Studio Light. Undereath that there's some scrap corrugated cardboard and beneath that some cheesecloth from LLC. In the corners a Vintage Flourish from Joy! Crafts.

De voorkant. Een ovaal gesneden uit hetzelfde dp als de tag. Daaronder nog geschubde ovaal. De letters zijn van Joy! Crafts, de Hellebores van Magnolia en de stempel is 7 Gypsies.
The front. An oval cut out from the same dp as the tag. Underneath a scalloped oval. Letters are from Joy! Crafts, the Hellebores from Magnolia and the stamp is from 7 Gypsies.

Het doosje moet nog helemaal gevuld met chocolaatjes en het cadeau'tje is af!
The box only needs to be filled with chocolates and then it really is a gift!

Summer Wedding Tilda

Dag lieve allemaal!
Hi my lovelies!

Vandaag even een "vluggertje" want ik ga na deze post nog even genieten van het zonnetje!
Today a "quicky" 'cause when I'm finished writing this post I'm off enjoying the sun for a little while!

De basis een een vierkant wit kaartje. Daarop lichtroze dp.
The base is a white square card. Topped with some lightpink dp.

Ik heb weer gekozen voor Summer Wedding Tilda uit de Special Moment collectie. Ze is echt één van mijn lievelingen. Weer ingekleurd met gewone kleurpotloden, uitgesneden met een ovale stans en geframed met een Noortje. Daaronder nog iets dat lijkt op ribbelkarton en daaronder zit een randje kant.
Again I went with Summer Wedding Tilda from the Special Moment collection. She really is one of my favourites. Again coloured with plain pencils, cut with an oval die-cut and framed with a Noor. Underneath something that looks like corrugated cardboard and beneath that an edge of lace.
